Sitting at a computer!

At home, at work, at college or on the move, more and more of us are spending large parts of the day using a computer.

When sitting and consentrating on the screen for so long we may not be aware the position we are in may be harmful to the spine.

To help combat this, maintain a better 'computer posture' and protect our backs.
